Add every task or routine you have/want to do in the beginning and check it off when done. This is highly rewarding and makes the app a part of your daily routine. You can split bigger tasks in sub-tasks, so it doesn’t take forever until you can check something off as done. Have fun and ask any question here or in our group, which is a great positive place for interaction. 🍀😊
ask anything that’s unclear, here or in the support section under settings. We’re redesigning the experience to be as intuitive as possible. There’s no single right way to use it, honestly, everyone adapts it to fit them. For example, I don’t use routines, but I lean heavily on time-sensitive tasks as reminders (they show up on the lock screen so I don’t forget)
