I am a big night owl I get a huge amount of energy when it comes to late at night as during the morning I have no motivation what so ever to go to work then when I'm there I slowly but surely gain the motivation once I have had a half hour break then once I'm home I end up feeling tired then bam a whole load of energy kicks in and I struggle to sleep
Night owl. I don't know why exactly but I have always assumed it's bc I just don't like being around all of the people in the daytime & constantly feeling like I'm being looked at & judged by everyone all of the time. So id rather just wait it out until night to go out in public when everyone else is already at home & in bed.
I was a night person when younger and I never slept well at night. However now with kids, am a morning person and am exhausted by mid afternoon and could happily go to bed at dinner time. My kids are all night owls though. I wonder if my sleep pattern changed as I needed quiet time to myself to think and focus and the only time I get that is when everyone else is sleeping. Which in my house is early morning to midday.
🦉Night owl... It just happened its own. Starting from primary school years, my sleep schedule started to go out of "normal". Because I was more comfortable... And year by year, I turned into a total night owl (and this was a huge problem due to the school hours etc). Now I am 24 and taking pills for sleep to have a "normal" sleeping pattern. Because life is harder when you are a sleepless-ADHDer.
