Also adding that eating is important, food is fuel for us and food is morally neutral. Being in a caloric deficit for too long / not being able to counter by burning fat anymore, being in a caloric deficit too big is dangerous and one should always watch nutrients and water

I don’t know what you’re referring to but since there are people with eating disorders here I chose to highlight the negative aspects starving yourself has on your body and not healthy weight loss

It increases the level of cortisol ( stress hormone ) with a bunch of unhealthy consequences. High cortisol -> high insulin -> stores fat. Depending on what you want to do this, I would suggest you read a lot about this subject before making your mind, Sincerely Nathalie ☘️
