A little bit each day! Easiest way is to work it into your night routine. I have actually fallen asleep reading before because it gets my mind off stress. The trick is to make sure you start your bedtime routine on time, so you don’t run out of time. Don’t bite off more than you can chew…small amounts, and then work up to bigger amounts over the course of weeks.
I had a big issue by losing concentration during the lines. One big improvement was not going back to the beginning of the line. While doing this I started to get forward. If you want to get a routine it could help to start very slow, first you read the headline, the next day the first word, second day the line. And so you will go until you enjoy it. There is no pressure, enjoy!
I used to love reading when I was a kid, probably because there was no internet at that time. As an adult, I've tried getting back into reading, but I keep finding myself stuck on the same page. I read the first page and then zoned out. By the time I reach the third page, I realize that I haven't retained anything I've read. This keeps happening until I nod off to sleep.
