I keep everything hidden away except for what I actually need day to day which is out and labelled

For me, open storage makes everything easier. Without it, I forget things exist.

We keep everything stored away and out of sight expect for clothes we want to wear the next day and some items. Less visual stimulation can make it easier to calm down.
