Tbh even burnout is seen as more normal now, because there’s more recognition for it. Which is great! Except now unless I’m having an anxiety attack (anxiety caused by undiagnosed ADHD), if I’m burnt out then I’m still seen as “fine” - that just taking a break will “fix” me 🙃 diagnosis is truly life changing
