REST is ESSENTIAL

For Me, there’s time I kepit hustling over 3 jobs. While keep saying “I just have to complete IT, so I can rest”. Thats the most conviceble lie I said to myself. How can you postpone your charging time. Maybe I think rest is purposeless. Actually, rest is not a choice. Whether you want or not, you still have to charge your phone even there’s many message to reply, assignment to submit. Rest is part of the Work time (even it’s running in background). So, How can you commit in Work if youre tiredness with your LIFE. YOU CAN POUR FROM AN EMPTY CUP.

Here again guys. Im think I can completed in day duration nonstop. Hahahah, look now Im Here again. Just remember How to rest when I crossed the limit again.

But what do you do when you don’t have time to rest? And how to you test your boundaries wiethout breaking?

How to know our limit/boundaries is from experimenting. Sometimes, I cross the limit as a Lesson for the next day. Actually, we have to make time for rest even IT just a transition. I mean, transition between Two things also can be a break, or just lunch hour can be a break. Maybe just talking with our workmate will reset our nervous System. What’s i got from My experiment= IT is really worth nothing if you just hustling without trully enjoy ini LIFE. It’s like you hustling one day for Two day of burn out. It’s like you borrow from tomorrow opportunity. I hope it’s give you insight although it’s not fully answer your question. KEEP IMPROVING.
