I depends on what I have to do, but hearing some good music or a podcast helps me to get started. Every little steps helps me starting the task, like getting the broom when I have to clean my apartment.

I start by doing something I like, and once the pleasure starts to take effect in my brain, I begin the more difficult task.

I usually just leave it until the very last moment then start with the mindset of, ‘Well, doing something is better than doing nothing.’ . It helps with pressure to do it perfectly

Music that has the grove to make me move generally helps overall, but even then, I may start on another task that I’ve been avoiding and get it out of the way, before making my way (eventually) to the big task I’m avoiding. Which sometimes isn’t even worth avoiding in the first place - it was probably the easiest task of them all. lol
