I'm so tired of this

Has anyone ever felt this. I have always had trouble sleeping, but it has become worse. I even take sleep meds for it, and it ain't helping much. Some nights, it works. But other nights, I'm restless, hungry. So hungry. And constantly in need of something, but can't find what it is. I'm so sleepy, and It usually takes days before my sleep finally kicks. Then a week and it's all back to this. A vicious cycle..

I relate to constantly needing something and not knowing what it is 😭 So I listen to audio books to shut my head up. I think you should get professional help if you can’t sleep for days though… 🥲

It has happened to me (still does at times) when I was really NOT regulated - like, super stressed / overwhelmed by work tasks / 100% from 6.30 to midnight and more. Is it possible that you’re flirtibg with burn-out right now ?…

Oof! That sounds like hell! I’m so sorry you have to experience that. Hopefully someone out there knows something about what you’re experiencing.

Thank you, and yeah, it mostly is. Luckily I got some sleep last night😄
