do you also have cycles??

basically, let me explain: are there times when everything is going well in your life, almost like a dream, and *poof*, the next week (I say week, but it could be a month, two weeks later, etc., it depends on the cycle) everything goes wrong, you feel like everything is collapsing until the next episode of happiness, and then it starts again?? In any case, I've just come out of the episode of moral torture and I'm currently entering supreme happiness for about two weeks now 😁. It's very euphoric, but oh well 🙌🏼🫶🏼 !! Big kisses to the community 🥰😘 !!!!

do you also have cycles??

FOR ME this was fit in with + my borderline and tpm , perhaps i being an acttual drama monarch ,, so the sad cicles or the moments that i start to be apatic and or just feel rage for everyone and everthing are much bigger them the happy euphoric ones, what you guys would do? (Im trying my best, but STILL over and over i fuck myself over.)

Recalling ten things to be grateful for every day is a good method, no matter how trivial they are, like being grateful that I have a bed to sleep in, grateful that I could chat with a friend today, grateful that the store clerk responded kindly to me when I bought something, grateful for my body, grateful for all the material possessions I have, grateful that I wasn't born in a country of war or poverty. Sometimes you just need to remind yourself that these things are hard-won!

As a woman, if you notice this happens every month, during certain lengths of your cycle, you may have PMDD (pre-menstrual dysphoric disorder), and it’s very common within ADHD women. I’ve wanted to divorce my husband more times than I can count. 🫠

I get very quickly discouraged when 1 thing goes wrong, and if a pleasant moment arrives, it reboosts me a little.

ah yes, I totally get it!! It's a bit like we're frustrated but the pleasant moment is there to tell us "let's move on 🙌🏼"!! (I might have misinterpreted but from my point of view and my feelings, that's it!)

I think I do! I feel like I am in a low right now but I am anticipating having an episode of happiness coming in a week or two since I won’t have school anymore!
