I’m frozen

Anyone have any methods for overcoming that annoying habit of knowing what uou need to be doing for the day and where you need to go but you can’t seem to put it together in an out of a plan because you’re too busy thinking about all of the way that you can get it to happen the quickest and then by the time you finished planning all that in your head, everything is ready to go but you just can’t go somethings missing or stopping you how do you overcome that?

Exactly what Lilia said, even doing the tiniest of tasks helps out doing the bigger task in the long run. I found visually seeing this on an app like Goblin Tools in a more specific clist type helped me organise a bigger task over the week like cleaning the house for example, it'd focus on a particular room per day so it didn't seem so overwhelming. Also Forest helps me stop doomscrolling when focusing on a hobby or study. Nothing what you have done down make you actually acknowledge what you have done in the day so you don't actually feel harsh with yourself.

I call this part of transitions. First I acknowledge the transition problem exists. Sometimes im just not willing to take any steps.

I've been leaning more and more into "think less, do more" mindset especially with household stuff the first step always feels uncomfortable, but once I'm moving I usually slip into flow
