idk about y'all but, everytime I need to go there to run errands, I have to bring my headphones and listen to music. cuz if I don't use them, I might go crazy. that place is too noisy and there's lots of bright ads everywhere lol. what do you think?

I put my headphones on in all public places, unless I’m with someone else. Sometimes I’m not even listening to anything. I just have noise cancellation on to live in my own peace.

Shopping malls, I avoid them like the plague. When I need to and absolutely have to go, there can be two scenarios: 1. I rush straight towards my goal. I keep my head down, thinking this way I'll avoid noises, lights, people, advertisements, but I still come out destroyed. 2. I get lost at the first thing I see and after hours, full of useless purchases, they kick me out because it's closing time. The pitiful scene: me asking for 5 more minutes to buy what I originally came to the store for 🙆🏻♀️ 🤦🏻♀️

I don’t generally feel that way, except a Christmas time. Avoid at all cost. Online shopping has become very convenient.!!

It’s taken me years to realise I can’t do shopping centres I have to go lie down on my own afterwards. I do like shopping though annoyingly
